Who are we looking for:

  • You have relevant work experience in an international 5-star hotel, preferably under one of the most luxurious international brands
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the markets in the BeNeLux, DACH, UK and US
  • You have broad experience across various departments such as (international) Sales, Meetings & Events, Revenue Management, Marketing, PR and Social Media
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both Dutch and English; knowledge of German and/or French is a strong asset
  • You are familiar with hotel software such as Opera, revenue management systems, restaurant reservation systems and other common hotel software
  • You have flexibility to travel, nationally and internationally
  • You are willing to actively participate in building our hotel, even outside regular office hours, including weekends and evenings

Who are we looking for:

  • You have relevant work experience in luxury hospitality (preferably under one of the most luxurious international brands at a 5* level)
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English and French. If you also speak German, it would be a significant advantage
  • You have knowledge of the markets in the BeNeLux, DACH, UK and US
  • You bring along a relevant network that you have recently built in the Netherlands and Flanders, preferably also in Wallonia and Germany
  • You are familiar with hotel software such as Opera (or can quickly learn it) and other common hotel software
  • You are flexible to travel

What we expect from you:

  • You manage both internal and external reservation requests and are responsible for their administrative processing within the reservation systems
  • You supervise the Reservations Team and ensure daily task allocation. Additionally, you inspire and motivate them with your proactive and positive attitude – you lead by example
  • You are responsible for implementing policies, procedures and SOPs in consultation with the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • You are responsible for achieving (or exceeding) the predetermined revenue targets from spa, restaurant and room reservations and for identify upselling opportunities
  • You check reservation and arrival reports daily
  • You prepare various reports and submit them to the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • You maintain close contact with the Sales Team and the Revenue Manager regarding occupancy, rates and reservation analysis
  • You maintain close contact with the Guest Relations regarding returning guests and VIPs
  • Together with the team, you inform guests about the hotel and its facilities, as well as the associated prices and packages. Additionally, you are aware of the ‚places to be‘ in the area
  • You also ensure a correct flow of information before, during and after the guest’s stay
  • You maintain contact with guests, groups, tour operators and companies
  • In collaboration with the Front Office Team and Guest Relations, you ensure that guests‘ wishes and needs are fulfilled to create the best possible guest experience
  • You compile reservation overviews for information to other departments and lists of data about arrival / stay duration / payment methods / requested services / etc.
  • You are part of the Sales Team and report to the Director of Sales & Marketing

Who we are looking for:

  • You hold a degree in hotel management
  • You gained experience in a 4* or 5* hotel in a similar role (5* is preferred)
  • You have knowledge of Opera (PMS) or can quickly familiarise yourself with it
  • You are capable of working independently but are also a team player
  • You enjoy working towards solutions
  • You are willing to take initiative and responsibility
  • You possess strong communication skills
  • You are adept at organising and planning
  • You are ambitious and driven to exceed our guests‘ expectations
  • Your availability is flexible, and can occasionally work evenings and/or weekends

What do we expect from you:

  • As a Guest Relations Officer, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring an unforgettable stay from arrival to departure
  • You welcome guests and, together with the rest of the team, make sure they feel welcome and at home; you act as the primary point of contact during their stay
  • By listening and seeing each guest as an individual, you provide personalised service and fulfil special requests and wishes
  • You handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and effective manner
  • You organise and coordinate special guest events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
  • You maintain contact with guests before, during and after their stay to ensure their needs are consistently met and to gather feedback
  • You evaluate the feedback received and use it to improve processes and perfect service
  • You know the hotel inside out and are familiar with all the ins and outs of our rooms and facilities
  • You ensure that you and your team are always aware of local highlights and events so that guests can make the most of their stay
  • You provide concierge services
  • You ensure there is enough entertainment for all types of weather and all types of guests
  • You, along with the Front Office Team, serve as the main link between guests and the various hotel departments
  • You ensure the commercial optimalisation of the Guest Relations department
  • Together with the rest of the team, you maintain the reception area and local products boutique to impeccable standards, creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere

Who are we looking for:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in hotel management, tourism or a related field and have gained sufficient experience in a 4* or 5* hotel (5* is preferred)
  • You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and ideally speak at least French and /or German; preferably both. Proficiency in any other language is a plus
  • You have a warm personality with a well-groomed appearance, demonstrating a guest-oriented attitude and possessing a listening ear
  • You are proactive in identifying and solving problems to ensure a flawless guest experience
  • With your eye for detail, you constantly strive to optimise work processes and guest satisfaction

What do we expect from you:

  • You serve as the culinary face of Van Oys
  • You are responsible for the F&B budget and initiate necessary actions to exceed it, maximising cross-selling opportunities
  • You organise/cook alongside young talents, 7 days a week, a luxurious yet contemporary bistro cuisine with Mediterranean/French influences, using local products where possible
  • You act as a sparring partner for the Chef of the Fine Dining restaurant
  • You supervise the Private Dining experiences
  • You oversee the daily breakfast, featuring buffet and a la carte dishes, which is led by an independent Breakfast Chef
  • You supervise and organise the cooking studio, where you initiate masterclasses with (former) international and national star chefs.
  • You oversee the F&B section of our Spa
  • You are responsible for a seasonally changing 24-hour room service menu and the welcome appetiser for hotel guest
  • You ensure proper catering for the staff
  • You manage the production for in-house use in the gardens and organise the production of local products.

Who are we looking for:

  • You have gained a lot of experience at Michelin star level and have a background in (international) top kitchens
  • You have knowledge or a sincere interest in local products and a passion for culinary innovation
  • As Culinary Director, you have an excellent ´helicopter view; you are able to oversee the big picture, make strategic decisions and adjust where necessary
  • You possess natural charisma and maturity, being able to communicate, motivate and create trust in an inspiring manner
  • You are aware that punctuality is necessary to consistently strive for the best quality
  • You have an affinity for luxury hospitality and preferably have worked in this segment
  • You excel in effectively delegating tasks while simultaneously being able to supervise progress, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow
  • You are creative and insightful; at times, ´outsourcing´ is better than doing it yourself
  • You are a resourceful individual who works proactively and solution-oriented, capable of independently tackling challenges.

  • Your role encompasses a variety of tasks, no two days will be the same

  • You provide basic technical support to guests in conference rooms

  • Flexibility is important; you certainly don’t have a nine-to-five mentality and working weekends is not unusual

What we expect from you:

  • You are responsible for the daily management of all aspects of maintenance activities, both inside and outside the hotel, and shall draw up a maintenance plan to be followed
  • You coordinate and perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
  • You oversee maintenance tasks and outsourcing, prioritising timely and correct completion
  • You ensure clear and accurate user manuals are available for other departments and provide appropriate training
  • You are responsible for technical projects such as renovations, upgrades and new construction projects within the hotel
  • You maintain a helpful and professional attitude towards guests, colleagues, management and owners, promptly and positively responding to requests and inquiries
  • You feel accountable for the quality of service, achieving/exceeding financial goals, short- and long-term planning and daily operations
  • You maintain organised and accurate records regarding repairs, warranties etc. of installations and equipment
  • You are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of fire safety systems and, in collaboration with HR, responsible for training in areas such as first aid, fire safety, etc.
  • You ensure materials, equipment and tools are properly stocked, managed and stored.

Who are we looking for:

  • You have a degree or certificate in a relevant technical field
  • The majority of installations in the hotel are IT-based, so experience with a building management system is highly beneficial
  • You have extensive knowledge in areas such as electricity, water, gas and IT infrastructures
  • You have a passion for hospitality; work experience in luxury hospitality or healthcare industry is preferred
  • Preferably, you will have knowledge of hotel technology such as lifts, fire alarm systems, security systems, kitchen equipment, etc.
  • You have knowledge of sustainability and environmental management; you can implement sustainable practices to reduce the hotel’s environmental impact
  • You have an eye for technical innovation: you identify new technologies and methods that can enhance the efficiency and performance of technical operations
  • You have knowledge of workplace safety regulations as well as legal regulations related to technical standards in the hotel industry
  • You possess good communication skills to ensure that technical needs are understood and addressed by guests, colleagues and suppliers
  • You do not have a nine-to-five mentality and understand that we operate at the highest level in the hotel industry, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are willing to be on call outside of your regular working hours (according to a predetermined schedule)
