He cooks at Restaurant Mammertsberg in Freidorf (CH) on Lake Constance\, which belongs to the Andreas Caminada Group. \nHis career began with remarkable success: in 2009\, he was awarded 17 Gault&Millau points at Gasthaus Epoca in Flims. In 2012\, he moved to Schloss Schauenstein* in Fürstenau. In 2015\, he became head chef at IGNIV\, the restaurant of his mentor Andreas Caminada\, which was awarded two Michelin stars in 2020.
