On Wednesday, 18 November, Van Oys Maastricht Retreat invites you to an elegant Italian Evening in collaboration with MosaeVino. The evening begins with an aperitif and two refined amuse-bouches, followed by a four-course dinner inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Italy, prepared by chef Stijn Antens. Each course is accompanied by a carefully selected Italian wine from MosaeVino, creating pairings in which cuisine and wine complement one another beautifully. Throughout the evening, live music by Francine Recca adds warmth and atmosphere, creating an intimate setting for an evening of gastronomy, wine and conviviality.
