The Vision
Maes offers a mindful and authentic dining experience, inviting you to savour every bite and fully appreciate the natural flavours of each ingredient. The Maas River shapes our vision, guiding us to source within a 50km radius. Executive Chef Raymond Remmen works with local farmers, fishermen and artisans, ensuring that every ingredient is rooted in the region’s heritage. When the land provides, we embrace it. When needed, we turn to trusted suppliers who share our passion for quality.
