About the Chefs
Chef Guido Braeken leads Restaurant Create, awarded two Michelin stars for its expressive and technically refined cuisine. His culinary philosophy combines classical foundations with modern creativity, focusing on clarity of flavour and exceptional products.

Silvio Germann (1989) is considered one of the great talents of Swiss cuisine. He cooks at Restaurant Mammertsberg in Freidorf (CH) on Lake Constance, which belongs to the Andreas Caminada Group.

His career began with remarkable success: in 2009, he was awarded 17 Gault&Millau points at Gasthaus Epoca in Flims. In 2012, he moved to Schloss Schauenstein* in Fürstenau. In 2015, he became head chef at IGNIV, the restaurant of his mentor Andreas Caminada, which was awarded two Michelin stars in 2020. There, he shaped the sharing experience with around 20 individual dishes served across four courses, presented in bowls, platters and dishes to be shared among guests.

In October 2022, Silvio Germann took over Mammertsberg in Freidorf. In 2023, he was named Swiss Chef of the Year and awarded two Michelin stars.
