Designed as both a lunch and dinner experience, this exclusive event invites guests on a carefully composed culinary journey defined by purity of flavour, balance and creative precision – hallmarks shared by both chefs.

About the Chefs
Chef Guido Braeken leads Restaurant Create, awarded two Michelin stars for its expressive and technically refined cuisine. His cooking combines classical techniques with contemporary creativity, always centred on product quality and clarity of taste.
Christoph Rainer, chef of Restaurant IKIGAI at Schloss Elmau (Germany, 2 Michelin stars), is known for his cosmopolitan culinary philosophy blending French precision with Japanese influences. His cuisine focuses on purity and balance, often built around just a few key components enhanced through innovative techniques, contrasting textures and refined flavour interplay. Inspired by global travels, his cooking reflects the Japanese concept of ikigai – a reason for being and a pursuit of meaningful excellence.
